Alison Rodger the British Shot Put champion credits hypnosis for her British Title.
The 24 year old Glaswegian stated in an article in ‘Scotland On Sunday' that she has been using a hypnotherapist in order to make her feel more positive about the up and coming season. Alison stated that the therapist asked her about how she was feeling and what she wanted to do in the future with her sport. The hypnotic session then went on for an hour. "It was brilliant, it's totally changed my career" stated Alison.
Alison is now aiming for London 2012 Olympics and Glasgow 2014.
